FLIR M-Series: a permanent night watch for your vessel
A fixed pan-and-tilt thermal camera changes how you run at night. Mounted high on the hardtop or mast and wired to your chartplotter, it lets you scan the water, follow a contact and pick out unlit boats, buoys, and swimmers without touching a spotlight. You steer, dock, and hold a watch in the dark from the helm, with the thermal image right beside your chart.
M232: the accessible entry point
The M232 is FLIR’s entry-level moving camera, a 320×240 pan-and-tilt unit that brings real thermal navigation to small boat consoles and center consoles. It does not stabilize, so it suits calmer inshore and coastal waters, and it is the natural first step up from a handheld.
M332: stabilized for rough water
The M332 adds high-performance 2-axis gyroscopic stabilization, which keeps the horizon steady when the boat rolls in a swell. On anything but flat water, that stabilization is the difference between a usable image and a lurching one, which is why the M332 is the sweet spot for mid-size vessels that run offshore.
M364: high-resolution, long-range
The M364 steps up to a high-resolution 640×512 uncooled sensor with pan, tilt and 2-axis stabilization. More resolution means a wider field of view and deeper detection range, so you see smaller contacts further out. It is the flagship uncooled navigation camera, built for larger vessels and serious offshore work.
Bypass the locked ecosystem
FLIR normally ties its cameras tightly to Raymarine Axiom displays. Our M-Series units are supplied ONVIF-ready and compatible with Garmin, Simrad and Raymarine multi-function displays, so you are not locked into one brand of electronics. We also include the joystick control unit and marine cabling in the price, instead of charging for them separately.
